About the role
We’re looking for a CX Process Automation Specialist for our Freelance Support & Success department to help us create and optimise our customer experience. In this role, you'll own the technical architecture of our CX tech stack, drive efficiency by automating repetitive tasks, optimizing workflows and automations, and integrating advanced technologies like AI and robotic process automations.

Working closely with our support leadership, global operations, and IT teams, you’ll ensure our customer experience is smooth, scalable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, optimise and maintain our support tech stack. This includes multiple tools (e.g. Freshworks) and API integrations which are necessary for the business-as-usual state of our customer experience.

  • Identify through diverse methodologies workflows which are ready for either automation or improvements.

  • Integrate AI into internal workflows and processes to streamline customer experience operations.

  • Lead the development and optimization of our existing chatbot and automations for better self-service experiences.

Job requirements

Your Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience, ideally in Support, IT, Engineering, or similar environment (bonus points for previous experience with Freshworks).

  • Experience with designing and building robotic process automations and interested in or possibly experienced with building Agentic AI workflows

  • Working knowledge of API’s and other relevant tools

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong communication skills in English (and preferably also Dutch)
