The Role
Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on designing seamless user journeys and turning behavioral insights into impactful campaigns?

As our Lifecycle & Product Marketer, your primary goal is to increase engagement, activation, and retention across both sides of our marketplace, workers (B2C) and clients (B2B). Sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, and sales, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, optimize automated CRM programs, and drive feature adoption to ensure high conversion rates from signup to long-term loyalty.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Develop, execute, manage and optimise strategy for lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging using Braze and Hubspot;

  • Own and improve onboarding, activation, and retention journeys for both B2C (freelancers) and B2B (clients); Both sides of the funnel. 

  • Analyse user behaviour and CRM data to identify drop-offs, opportunities, and optimisation points across the customer lifecycle. 

  • Translate insights into effective product and marketing initiatives that improve feature adoption and user experience;

  • Support the launch and adoption of new product features in collaboration with Product, BI, and Marketing teams;

  • Align with the Sales journey in HubSpot to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to lifecycle post-registration;

  • Drive sufficient quality reactions for high-volume gig postings with commercial teams; 

  • Set up, test, and optimise automated workflows and lifecycle programs to maximise long-term customer value;

  • Act as a CRM and lifecycle marketing specialist within the marketing team, contributing to experimentation and continuous improvement;

  • Responsible ROI and the strategic roadmap with external tech suppliers (f.e. Braze, HubSpot);

  • Gives guidance and/or is sparring partner for the Lifecycle Marketer;

  • Identify market trends and translate them into opportunities, proactively sharing recommendations with relevant teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field;

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or growth marketing; 

  • Advanced proficiency with MarTech, analytics, and automation platforms. Specifically Braze, HubSpot, Amplitude, and Rudderstack.

  • Experience with email marketing, push notifications, lifecycle journeys, and automated workflows;

  • Fluent in English, knowledge in Dutch is a plus;

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;

  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, able to adapt your approach and messaging to different audiences across marketing, sales, and product teams.

What do we offer?

  • Salary ranging from €3.400 to €4.800 gross, depending on experience, based on a full-time workweek;

  • 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days and 1 additional holiday per calendar year, based on a 40-hour workweek;
