What you’ll do
As our Business Development Manager, you will focus on acquiring and growing clients within the Hospitality sector in the Amsterdam area. YoungOnes already partners with top-tier clients in this industry, and we’re looking for an experienced sales professional to expand our reach and capitalise on new opportunities.


Your key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients: Develop and implement a strategy to bring these clients on board, positioning YoungOnes as their go-to partner.

  • Building and maintaining client relationships: Beyond the first deal, nurture connections to convert your contacts into ambassadors for YoungOnes.

  • Collaborating with our Customer Success team: Once a client is onboarded, ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success to foster long-term satisfaction and growth.

You’ll focus on the Dutch market, but YoungOnes also operates across the UK and France. To keep our international team connected, all internal communications and documentation are in English.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales-driven, B2B business development role.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making cold calls, navigating long sales cycles, and managing client relationships.

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.

  • Familiarity or interest in the Hospitality sector.


What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience: €3,100 - €4,000 for Medior BDM, €4,000 - €4,400 for Senior BDM (based on a 40-hour workweek).

  • Quarterly bonus based on company performance and 8% holiday allowance.

  • 25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days, and one additional holiday each year.
