YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR in annual profits), as well as a rapidly expanding UK and France operation, we’re looking for our first Global Revenue Operations Lead to help us reach our ambitious goals.
About the role
The Global Revenue Operations Lead at YoungOnes is a strategic partner for all commercial, growth and marketing teams to drive operational efficiency, and ensure go-to-market alignment as we continue to grow across Europe. In this role, you will refine commercial frameworks which accelerate our B2B sales performance, create go-to-market plans, uncover insights that strengthen processes to drive sustainable growth, and ensure our technology stack adapts to the evolving needs. You’ll be a key architect in shaping the future of our European revenue growth by enabling us to scale our commercial efforts. This is a newly created role thus giving you the opportunity to build from the ground up how you own revenue strategy, design our technology stack, process and align teams for best success. This role reports directly to the General Manager. We are open for applicants who live in the UK, or France or the Netherlands.
Job requirements
Responsibilities
Revenue process optimization through implementing or enhancing our revenue cycles (e.g. lead gen, closing, renewals);
Develop and identify go-to-market strategies for all markets to meet our revenue goals;
Territory expansion planning to support our ambition to grow across new and existing countries;
Collaborate on forecasted quarterly goals for core sales teams, ensuring targets are challenging yet achievable;
Systems Implementation of our HubSpot instance, ensuring consistent standards across markets;
Liaise with key stakeholders across sales/marketing/customer success, aligning OKRs and providing consistent communications between stakeholders;
Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations and full time availability;
Ability to develop and implement scalable processes and systems to optimise sales operations efficiency;
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations;
Strong proficiency with SQL;
Experience with BI platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Looker);
Experience with revenue forecasting models and performance management;
Experience with implementing/maintaining CRM systems;
Experience with go-to-market engineering;
Full English language proficiency.
Nice to have
Experience in high-growth startups or marketplace experience;
Admin certification of HubSpot;
French or Dutch language proficiency;
