ABOUT US:

YoungOnes operates a two-sided marketplace that allows businesses to find freelancers for short-term and often last-minute gigs. Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR in annual profits), as well as a rapidly expanding UK operation, we’re looking for our next Sales Development Representative to help us reach our ambitious goals.

What will you be doing:

Joining a team of dynamic self starters you will:

  • Drive consistent pipeline generation through cold calls, emails and demo’s

  • Qualify and convert SME size leads into our customers

  • Proactively follow up on marketing generated leads (inbounds)

  • Setting sales appointments/demos

  • Manage, track and report sales activities & pipeline using Hubspot

  • Be part of a growing SDR team, where sharing best practices and thinking outside of the box is actively encouraged

  • Work collaboratively with our BDM’s and City Launchers to add value to each potential opportunity, whether that be through case studies, demos, market updates or event invitations.

About you:

We are looking for an energetic and results driven sales development representative to join our dynamic team. You have 1+ of experience in sales, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a bag of energy. The thought of actively seeking new business opportunities and engaging/ building relationships energises you. You are highly-proactive and willing to learn fast. You love connecting with people and seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. You are entrepreneurial by nature.
