In our Sales team, we're currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in London.

What will you do?

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales across various verticals, including Hospitality, Retail, E-commerce & Logistics. But what exactly does this role entail at YoungOnes?

Walking through the bustling streets of London, you'll already spot numerous potential clients we work with: H&M, ba&sh, Ladurée, Subway, Hyatt Hotels. However, fueled by ambition, we're determined to expand our reach further. Your day-to-day focus will involve identifying and targeting enterprise-level clients. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, knocking on doors, building relationships, and ensuring that YoungOnes becomes a household name. Whether it's through traditional methods or innovative approaches, your goal is to leave no stone unturned in acquiring new clients.

You will lead our clients through the sales cycle, showing them around the platform and closing the deal. Once you've successfully onboarded a dream client, your role doesn't end there. With your exceptional follow-up skills and client-centric approach, you'll cultivate long-term relationships, turning clients into brand ambassadors. You'll provide ongoing support to ensure a seamless transition and hand over the client to our Customer Success team once they're fully onboarded.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • At least 5 years of years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise-level clients

  • You have experience how to influence a decision making unitCold acquisitions are second nature to you, and you thrive in complex sales environments.

  • You have a respectable network/experience in one of our focus industries

  • Based in London

  • A relentless drive to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
